Alex przeprowadzi w Naszym Studio 4 warsztaty: 1. 10:00-11:30 Pole Artistry - all levels Warsztaty dla wszystkich poziomów zaawansowania; Alex przekaże swoją wiedze na temat pięknego ruchu ciałem, nauczy jak używać ciała ignorująca grawitację i czując muzykę; Alex pokaże ciekawe przejścia, combo oraz układy na podłodze, które ukazują pole dance jako sztukę a nie tylko sport 2. 11:45-13:15 Tricks and Combos/Transitions - intermediate level Alex nauczy jego własnych unikalnych technik wykorzystywanych w różnorodnych handspring, flips, splits oraz zapierających dech combo czy docenianych w świecie pole dance tricków, a wszystko z uśmiechem na twarzy Wymagania dla poziomu - basic invert, leg hangs, spins 3. 13:30-15:00 Tricks and Combos/Transitions for spinning pole - intermediate Program jak wyżej ale na obrotowej rurze 4. 15:15-16:45 Tricks and Combos/Transitions - advance level Wymagania - spins on one hand, handsprings. Koszt warsztatów: - jeden warsztat 300 PLN - dwa warsztaty 580 PLN. W przypadku nie zebrania się minimum 8 chętnych osób na dany warsztat zajęcia nie odbędą się. Zaproponujemy wówczas zwrot środków lub wybór innego warsztatu. W ciągu trzech dni od zgłoszenia należy uiścić zaliczkę w wysokości 150 PLN, pozostała część płatna do dnia 1 marca 2018 r. He is not only a very charismatic performer, but also –patient and attentive teacher. Alex will be happy to teach you his own unique technics for keeping strength and gaining power in various handsprings, flips, splits, breathtaking combos of advanced level and the most highly appreciated tricks of the world of pole dance. He will also teach you, how to combine different tricks and inversions, and how to dance with a relaxed smile on your face, hanging upside down four meters above the ground. 10 minutes warm-up 5 minutes light stretch 1 hour – workshop (tricks, inversions, transitions, combos) 15 minutes heavy stretch and cool down ● Tricks and Combos/Transitions – intermediate level - 90 minut The same as above. The difference only in choice of tricks and combos. ● Tricks and Combos/Transitions for spinning pole - advanced level - 90 minut The same as above. The difference only in choice of tricks and combos for spinning pole. ● Tricks and Combos/Transitions for spinning pole - intermediate level - 90 minut The same as above. The difference only in choice of tricks and combos for spinning pole. ● Pole Artistry – all levels - 75 minut Alex is considered to be one of the best choreographers in Ukraine. He worked with many local pop-stars, also was choreographer for TV talent-shows “Star`s Academy”, “Show number One” and “Ukraine doesn`t Believe in Tears”. Alex also worked as assistant director (for choreography) for the international commercials of such brands as KFS, Orbit, Slavutych Beer. He knows everything about body movement and how to make it beautiful. Alex will teach you, how to use your body, ignore the gravity and feel the music. He will show you the most artful transitions, combos and floorwork, which will prove to you – pole dance is not only a sport, it`s an art. You will also learn a short exclusive routine, you can transform or use for your own benefit. At the workshop you can also ask Alex for advice, if you have tricks in mind you can`t combine, he will help you to make a beautiful routine out of anything! 10 minutes warm-up 5 minutes light stretch 30 minutes – workshop (tricks, inversions, transitions, combos) 30 minutes – learning the routine Warsztat uruchamiany jest przy minimalnej liczbie uczestników - 10 osób! CENA WARSZTATÓW za I BLOK: kupując więcej niż jeden warsztat zyskujesz! ● kursanci Cocoon Pole Dance Academy Magdalena Ślusarczyk - 1 warsztat 300 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r. - 320 zł.) - 2 warsztaty 580 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r.- 620 zł.) - 3 warsztaty 860 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r. - 900 zł.) ● osoby spoza studia - 1 warsztat 320 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r. - 340 zł.) - 2 warsztaty 620 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r. - 650 zł.) - 3 warsztaty 900 zł. (po 14.03.2018 r.. - 960 zł.) osoby, które w przeciągu 2 tygodni od zapisu nie zapłacą zadatek w wysokości 50% wartości warsztatów będą usuwane z listy. Całą kwotę za warsztaty należy uiścić najpóźniej miesiąc przed warsztatami (czytaj 14.03.2018). W przypadku rezygnacji zadatek nie będzie zwracany. W przypadku kiedy osoba zapłaciła za warsztaty i nie pojawi się na warsztatach powinna znaleźć zastępstwo i poinformować o tym organizatora. Pieniądze za nie pojawienie się na warsztatach nie są zwracane.
