Chciałbym zapytać czy ma ktoś pomysł jak ją dobrze zamontować. Mój pomysł to między belkami stropowymi rura stalowa chyba 42mm na wkręty do belek. Potem zagiąć linę i metalowymi opaskami ścisnąć tak aby oplotła rurę. Co o tym myślicie? Lina ma ponad 5 m więc będzie po czym się wspinać. Edited October 26, 2020 by Quake 1. Sanders Posted November 5, 2020 Author Report Share Posted November 5, 2020 Panowie, jutro przyjezdza majster do mocowania rurki.. wpadłem na pomysł by zawiązać linę na drążku. Efekt zajebisty. ALe jedno Wam powiem. robie 15 podciągnięc bez problemu jednak lina mnie zweryfikowała jaki jestem słaby od dziś za bohaterów uznaję ludzi którzy wchodzą po linie jak po schodach!! Jak osiągnę cel z l-sitem to przechodzę na emeryturę !! Inne partie mięśni pracują w rękach na plecach. Przy podciąganiu zwykłym ich nie czułem teraz zobaczyłem, że mam inne mięśnie.
