siemano wszystkim;) jestem Dawid, mam 18 lat. cwiczenia odbywam regularnie od okolo miesiaca i jak na razie szału nie ma ale mimo to jest coraz lepiej;) cwicze w domu: pompki, podciaganie na drazku , dipsy no i oczywiscie cwiczonka na brzuch. pierwsze spotkanie ze street workout-em miłem w połowie wakacji jednak zaraz po rozpoczeciu cwiczen mialem problemy z plecami(robota w betoniarni;)).
