Chętnie pomogę ci w ułozeniu takiego planu nie bede wrzucał gotowca. Im wiecej poswiecisz czasu na stworzenie takiego planu typowo pod cb tym wieksza bedzie motywacja aby nim cwiczyc. Ale absolutne minimum to napewno pas kulturystyczny jakas lina i tak z 50kg obciazenia ew plecak i mniej zelastwa
