Kira Noire
workshops:
1. Crazy Russian Pole (90 min) 
This class is focused on the original and extremal transitions, flips and flights on the pole. We will learn the signature drops and tricks combos. Specific details of the execution of the dynamic elements, and the way how you can improve the technique, such as speed, wideness. 
Level: intermediate and advance
2. Spinning pole (90 min) 
This class is about beautiful tricks, spins and transitions on spinning pole, some of them are possible only on spinning, some of them just looks nicer during a spin.. We will learn how to use the dynamic and rotation, how to run the speed, how to climb beautifully and make a nice combos. 
Level: intermediate and advance
3. Russian exotic pole (90 min) 
On this workshop we will dance my signature choreography on heels. This is a mixture of fluidity, hand work, floor work,musical and emotional expression. And the most important is a searching a women inside of ourselves. 
Level: open to all


Anastasia Mila
workshops:
1. Exo-Frame (90 min) 
Author’s stylisation of pole choreography. This class will let you expand the variety of dance elements from different dance styles and intervolve it to your Pole Choreo.

2. Exotic Classic (90 min) 
Floor work fluidity, interesting signature combos for classic exotic dance. Technic and details of execution for smooth transitions from one movement to another. 
Level: open to all
3. Exotic Pole Tricks (90 min) 
Mila’s favorite tricks, transitions and floor work combos on heels for exotic pole dance. 
Level: open to all


Anna Nikulina
workshops:
1. Tricks and combos (90min)
combinations and transitions useful for intermediate and advanced level.
2. Exotic (90min)
liquid dance transitions around pole, spiced up with jumps and body waves.

Anna Valfsson
workshops:
1 “Tricks and transitions” 90 min
This workshop is all about the pole and power. We will work with static pole and learn some unique hardcore combinations with power spins, beautiful dynamic combinations, drops, chinese pole elements and Anna’s signature tricks. 
Level: intermediate-advance
2 “For the love of movement” 90 min, 
This workshop is focused on fluidity of movement on static pole and combining pole with floor. It will start with warm-up floorwork and continue with rotation-combos/ spins on static pole. This workshop is all about being graceful, making things look easy and beautiful.
