Mam 31 lat :D Witam wszystkich zacząłem się interesować SW jakiś czas temu ale trenuje może od 3 miesięcy jako taki postęp jest ale nie bardzo to wszystko jeszcze ogarniam. Jakiś czas temu miałem styczność z siłownią ale przerzucanie złomu jakoś mi nie leży :P Zapomniałem dodać ze mamy gurpe Street Workout Bstok sa to osoby które razem ćwiczą i jest 2 grupa oficjalna co zrzesza wszystkich z Białegostoku nazywa się Street Workout Białystok.
