Przez około2 miesiace cwiczylem systematycznie podciaganie dipy itp Dzisiaj 1 raz próbowałem muscle up i co mnie bardzo zdziwiło udało mi się ;p Nie 1 raz lecz 8 ;p Ogromna satysfakcja ;p Teraz z pewnością nie zaprzestane ćwicze? ogromna motywacja do dalszej przygody ;DDD
