Ogólnie swoją przygodą ze sportem zaczęłam 2 lata temu, ale od ostatnich 7 miesięcy zainteresowałam się kalisteniką i SW dzięki książce Paula Wade'a "Skazany na trening". Bardzo mi ona pomogła, więc muszę przyznać, że ta książka jest dobra dla osób zaczynających od zera.:D Ps.
