Moja propozycja podobna do propozycji Szaraka. 300ml mleka. 100g płatków owsianych. 1 cały banan. 150g twarogu chudego 0%. Wszystko miksujemy. Można również dodać 25-30g orzechów/wiorek kokosowych. Ale wtedy to juz nie będzie się za bardzo nadawać na posiłek po treningu.
